Volunteers clear pro-government Ćaciland camp after Student List election win

This followed the Student List's election win. On Monday, key positions including prime minister remained unsettled and the timing of government formation was unclear.

  • Serbian leader Aleksandar Vučić said on Sunday that his Serbian Progressive Party had lost the election to the student-led movement after 12 years in power.
  • The election commission said turnout reached 65%, with allegations of intimidation, violence and voting irregularities.
  • Celebrations erupted across Belgrade on Sunday night and Monday.
