UK ready to fund EU student fee parity if it gains access to Made in Europe scheme
According to the Guardian, UK ministers are prepared to spend up to £450m a year so EU students pay the same fees as British students. The plan depends on Brussels letting the UK join its Made in Europe industrial programme.
