UN investigators accuse Israel of extermination in West Bank and genocide in Gaza

On Tuesday, UN-mandated investigators said Israel has committed the crime against humanity of extermination in the West Bank while continuing genocide in Gaza. Israel dismissed a related UN commission report on Monday as part of a "misinformation campaign". UN aid transport in Gaza was suspended on Tuesday because Israel closed the Kerem Shalom crossing for election day. Israeli forces killed at least five people in Gaza on Monday, and UN rights chief Volker Turk said the operation displacing more than 3,000 Palestinians in Hebron must end.
