Russian strikes hit Kyiv-region bridge and energy sites before Abu Dhabi talks

On Saturday, Russian air strikes hit a major bridge and energy facilities in the Kyiv region. Zelenskyy accuses Moscow of trying to push Ukraine into a blackout ahead of trilateral talks in Abu Dhabi. Earlier in the day a missile attack on Kyiv damaged buildings and injured two civilians. Officials say the toll from Monday's strike on an aid distribution point in Zaporizhzhia region has reached 42, with dozens missing.
